I rented a car from Locauto this Summer. On Pick-up we noted 11 damages which were fixed in the contract.

On Drop-off, only 6 were registered (???), so we paid our agreed invoice and expected the deal to be closed. One week late we got an invoice per email and our Credit card debited by some 250 € for damages to the car. Complaining at Rentalcar, where we had booked the car on internet, we got this amount refunded. No Word from Locauto.

Now, 2 weeks ago, we got again an invoice for administrative fees on behalf of a police request for a traffic fine. I don't contest this, although I am not aware of any misconduct, and ask for a proof for this request. No answer, but now I got debited TWICE for this admin fees.

Trying to get in contact with Locauto is not possible, the link on their website for the customer service is not functioning. I can only recommend to everybody to avoid this entreprise, whose practices are close to being criminal.
