Locautorent - We rented a car in Genova and returned it in Milano -Linate. We received a extra-charge for a "damage" that I'm sure that it didn't happen. And we rented a car with extra insurance (full insurance).
When we rented the car I said tha I'd like a full insurance and we pay for it. Unfortunatly, when we received the bill the company sent an extra charge because of some smal damage in the car.
We stay with the car from 06 to 09,05.17. I sent a e-mail to Enterprise in Linate Airport explaining the problems and after to e-mails, I didn't recieve a final answer. I said that as we didn't received the final e-mail I will not pau the extra cost. I didn't pay may credit card.
But now I am receiving the bil, again. And they are asking for tax because we didn't pay on time.
